[Omake] extending omake with ocaml

Ben,
Nothing like that right now, although in an experimental "0.9.9" branch
Jason had support for loading C DLLs (and had things like providing a
fuse-base filesystem view of OMake targets).
OTOH, a lot can be implemented in OMake language, and if some useful
functionality is missing, I may be able to add it to the distribution.
