[Omake] simple questions on the usage

I had a couple of questions:
 - How do I "make clean" in omake? - Can I specify a build directory for an out-of-source build (ie consider the source-tree read-only)? Is that what "--dotmake" is for? Passing it on the command-line in Windows does not seem to make a difference... Perhaps I'm missing something
