[Omake] Cygwin build stops with lm_debug.ml

Frank,
I'll try to see if I can reproduce this. In the meantime, is there some
specific reason why you want to compile a Cygwin version of OMake (which
tends to be somewhat slow) and not just use a native Win32 one (for
which we have precompiled binaries)?
