[Omake] Does vmount work?

Dmitry,

I have not used vmount myself and I do not know how to use it on
Windows, but Jason and I have recently been discussing that we need a
better alternative to vmount - the vmount is clearly insufficient,
especially if some rule rely on implicit target placement (i.e. the
rules do not explicitly use -o) or if some tools simply do not support
-o. But we have not fully figure out what the right model is. If would
be a lot easier, of course, to do something that would work just for
OCaml, but we would like something more general.
