[Omake] OcaIDE

OMake support is now integrated into the development version of OcaIDE
[1]. If you are interested please test and let me know of any
bugs/inconsistencies/etc. you notice (at the OcaIDE forum [2]) . If
you don't yet aware of OcaIDE please visit its home page first [3].
