[Omake] OMake freezes are gone

Hello,

I reported some time ago that we observed random freezes of OMake for 
large builds on some machine, under Windows. We discovered recently that 
the problems only appeared with the Cygwin terminal. When everyone here 
switched to the puttycyg terminal (which is much better, btw), the 
problems disappeared. So it is possible that the cygwin terminal is 
buggy or that there is something wrong in the interaction between omake 
and this terminal. Anyway, for us, the problem is solved.
