[Omake] New commercial user of omake

There were some changes in 0.9.8.4 (I think) which made Ctrl-C more reliable 
(I still have occaisional problems with it on windows).

I also have problems with parallel builds on windows with a large C++ 
project. The symptom in my case is that the parallel build will work for a 
while and then then just stop with an odd error message. I did report this 
right after 0.9.8.4 but it probably got lost since there were a few other 
problems being reported at the same time.
