[Omake] lib/Pervasives.om in omake-0.9.8.5 has "illegal

Larry,
I don't know how old your installed omake is, but whenever it is "too
old" you need to bootstrap.
Run "make all" to do a bootstrap build, or do the individual steps by
hand:
% make bootstrap
% ./omake-boot
