[Omake] menhir --infer + ocamldep -natives

Sure.  The problem is that if I have a .mly which builds an .ml file 
with menhir --infer and OCAMLDEP_MODULES_ENABLED=true, omake does not 
add the proper dependencies to the .ml file.  I believe I have created a 
minimal reproducible example of the problem in the attached tgz.  To 
trigger it, simply unpack the tarball and run 'omake test.ml'.

This is on my mac with ocaml 3.10.0.
