This might be a good idea. We'd probably want to introduce a variable 
taking values from the the usual ignore/warn/error list to control it.

Between the different failure scenarios you've sent, I am a bit confused 
which ones remain and which ones were due to having a wrong 
OCAMLINCLUDES. Could you may be re-state your current understanding of 
the problem?
