Michael,

Are you using OCaml 3.10 by any chance? Turned out that we were 
incorrectly parsing the output of "ocamldep -modules" that OCaml 3.10 
generates. Can you try the latest 0.9.8.2 branch code and see if you 
still get the same problem?
