There was a bug with recursive modules in OCaml 3.09.1 (and probably 
3.09.0) - see http://caml.inria.fr/mantis/view.php?id=4008 and

Jason, would we consider it a problem if people need OCaml >= 3.09.2 for 
OMake >= 0.9.8.2?
