Are you sure this did not happen because you've changed the way you run 
OMake? As of 0.9.8.1 (and probably 0.9.8 as well), in order for the 
output of the failed commands to be included in the end summary, you 
need to run OMake with the --output-at-end option enabled. Note that 
this option is also implied by -k, -p, and -P (unless overridden by 
--no-k or --no--output-at-end).
