[Omake] Invalid_argument("Omake_build_util: internal_error")

Thanks, the SVN version fixes the problem. Whereas previously, I got:

Fatal error: exception Invalid_argument("Omake_build_util: internal_error")

I now get:

*** omake error:
   File /home/chris/tools/lib/omake/build/OCaml.om: line 750, characters 6-45
   Sort failed: found a cycle:

Incidentally, this version also seems to fix an annoying problem I've
had with previous versions. I no longer get a message like the
following for nearly every source file.

 *** omake:
   These file are targeted separately, but appear as effects of a single rule.
   This is likely to lead to unpredictable behavior.
   targets:
      utils/misc.cmi (File /home/chris/tools/lib/omake/build/OCaml.om:
line 544, characters 16-59)
      utils/misc.cmo (File /home/chris/tools/lib/omake/build/OCaml.om:
line 533, characters 12-55)
