[OMake] Announcing OMake 0.9.8.5 - a substantial feature enhancements release

I've checked in an update to 0.9.8.5 that should fix these problems.   
Can you try it when you get a chance?

The problem with ocamldep-omake came up in the switch to OCaml 3.10,  
and the problem with OCamlPackage is because, well, we never tested it:(
