[Omake] FAM not enabled error

I'm using omake version 0.9.8.1 (release 1) on Ubuntu Feisty Fawn and
anytime I try to run "omake -P" I get the error,

  Fatal error: exception Invalid_argument("FAM not enabled")

I have gamin and libgamin0 installed and I'm running the kernel
2.6.20-15-generic.
