I can't even get to that point, here is what second on the second run of
omake-boot (it created .config on the first run):
--------------------------------
C:\mp\omake>omake-boot.exe
*** omake: reading OMakefiles

--- Testing for ocamlc.opt... (ocamlc.opt found)
--- Testing for ocamlopt.opt... (ocamlopt.opt found)

--- Testing for latex... (latex found)
--- Testing for uname... (uname found)
--- You are trying to use Cygwin LaTeX on a Win32 machine.
--- This usually doesn't work, but if you really want to
--- use it, add the following definition to your OMakeroot.
--- FORCE_WIN32_LATEX = true
--- (latex disabled)
Thread 1 killed on uncaught exception Invalid_argument("Thread.sigmask:

BTW, how may I tell it to use non-cygwin version of LaTeX ?
