[Omake] svn 0.9.8.x omake doc building currently broken

Is this in a clean tree? If not, try "rm -rf doc; svn up doc" as it 
seems that the transition from the old documentation setup to the new 
one is may leave some junk around.

If this is reproducible in a clean tree, perhaps you've indeed hit a bug 
in Hevea...
