That's the first thing i did after installing this new release.
Let me reiterate - i think the decission to make `--progress' the
_default_ is unfortunate...

And on unrelated subject, you can just dd(1) a file large enough, 
mkdosfs(8) on it (or set it up in QEMU or other emulator) and then 
mount(8) it(-o loop) and use the result as the case-sensitive FS.
