The error, if I understand it correctly, should be fairly 
nondeterministic - it will probably probably depend on the order of 
events in the parallelized build. Just try building several times and 
hopefully the build would go through.

Alternatively, disable the experimental (and buggy on OS X) dependency 
scanner by commenting out the OCAMLDEP_MODULES_ENABLED line in mk/defaults.

Nathan, Jason, what do you think - should I re-release 0.9.8-2 with 
OCAMLDEP_MODULES_ENABLED disabled for now?
