Hm, this is the second time I am told that this is happening (in some 
sporadic fashion) on OS X. My guess is that this is some weird 
consequence of the case-insensitivity (although I can not reproduce it 
on Windows).

I do not have access to OS X, so I would appreciate any help tracking 
this one down.
