[Omake] SVN Commit: OMake Build System (Rev. 12523)

I think it is reasonable just to copy them.  I'm still a little  
confused about what in doc/* is generated and what is not, but I'll  
figure it out.

For the release, I think the only real thing left is the Solaris pkg.
