[Omake] Releases and versioning (0.9.8.2, 0.9.8.3, 0.9.9, 0.90.0, ...?)

Sounds good. A couple of questions:

  - Should I release it "as is", or are you planning to take another 
look at yesterday's "ref cell hack"? (As I emailed you yesterday, this 
had some side-effects, so I am slightly worried that it might have other 
unintended consequences. Not that I have any idea how this stuff 
actually works ;-) ).

  - Does this mean that you are OK with 0.9.8.2 -> 0.9.8.x and 0.9.8.x 
-> 0.9.9.x? (It would be strange to release 0.9.8.3 off the 0.9.8.2 
branch, but if you do not like bumping the branch version numbers, then, 
I guess, we can just rename 0.9.8.2 -> 0.9.8.3 and hope it stops there).
