[Omake] "lib/contrib" area?

I was thinking along the lines of lib/contrib/build for build-related 
scripts, lib/contrib/configure for configure-related ones. Normally, 
each of the directories will have a flat structure, but packages of 
several related files may go into a subdirectory.
