Well, the code that was in 0.9.8 was wrong anyway (it was attempting to 
do the "enforced strict sensitivity"), and those changes needed to be 
reverted anyway.

I was doing things on 0.9.8 in order to make sure that going forward the 
history says something reasonable, as opposed to "merged from 0.9.8.2".

Please do not revert. IMO the previous versions are no better than the 
current one - so we should just fix the current one. The canonical/case 
preserving node types distinction should remain confined to the 
Omake_node module, as only the case preserving type should be externally 
visible.
