[Omake] Should we release 0.9.8.1 before any of the "jumbo patches" are integrated.

I don't think so.  I've been thinking though, is there any reason to  
hold off on the hashnode patch?  It seems a little silly to release  
0.9.8.2 as a hashnode update, which is transparent to users.  Of  
course, maybe some bugfixes come up in the meantime so that we have a  
reason for a new release.
