[Omake] Should we release 0.9.8.1 before any of the "jumbo patches" are integrated.

Hi,

I am thinking that it might be a good idea to try to quickly release
0.9.8.1 before the 0.9.9 integration effort is started. An alternative
would be to try to integrate at least the hash-cons patch quickly and
then release, but I'd rather do two separate releases here.

What do you guys think?

Before the 0.9.8.1, I would probably like to:
  - Integrate the "getpwnam/..." patch
http://bugzilla.metaprl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=641
  - Change the "-o" to "/FO" in C/C++ compilation on Windows -
http://bugzilla.metaprl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=640
  - Rename the new AC_* functions (as discussed on the list a little
while ago).

None of the above should take long.
