[Omake] 0.9.8 to 0.9.9 patch.

Attached is a cumulative diff from (older) 0.9.8 to 0.9.9. I've 
attempted to created an "apples-to-apples" diff, where the 0.9.9 branch 
that contains a partial merge of 0.9.8 is compared to the corresponding 
0.9.8 revision. Therefore, unless some of the merges were incorrect, it 
should not be adding or removing any 0.9.8 stuff, only adding the 0.9.9 
changes. This is probably not something that can be applied to the 
latest 0.9.8 directly; the intent was to produce something that may be 
used as a guide for discovering all the things that were included in 0.9.9.

I also excluded all the generated files (Makefiles, documentation) from 
the diff.
