[Omake] Releasing 0.9.8.5 off the current 0.9.8.x branch.

I'll take a look at it.

Excellent.  Also, I added a omake/contrib directory to 0.9.9.x, which  
currently contains the dll work gtk/fuse/odbc.

It seems to me that there are two types of contrib,
    1. Scripts only,
    2. Larger packages (like the dll stuff).

For #1, is the plan just to make a lib/contrib directory?  So you  
write, for example,

    open contrib/configure/Automake
