[Omake] Releasing 0.9.8.5 off the current 0.9.8.x branch.

Jason,

I feel that we are getting close to being able to release 0.9.8.5 off 
the current 0.9.8.x branch as another "stable" release (and finally 
getting rid of the 0.9.8.4 branch).

IMO, the main remaining issues that would be nice to fix before the 
release are:
  - The Pervasives inheritance problem (see my email from yesterday)
  - [Bug 677] "omake --configure" does not re-run .STATIC sections.

Is there anything else worth looking into?

P.S. Once 0.9.8.5 is out, I will probably concentrate on creating a 
"contrib" area for OMake (and placing Ada, Automake, and "alternative 
build system" stuff into it). After the contrib is set, I am planning to 
work on going over some more "jumbo" patches.
