Yes - I didn't bother to look at the actual test and jumped to 
conclusions, sorry. I thought that David was saying that in 0.9.8.x the 
cd would propagate even without a section - not true.

As far as I can tell, the targets/Test2 test is passed correctly in 
OMake 0.9.8.4-1, current svn HEAD of 0.9.8.4, and current svn HEAD of 
0.9.8.x...

David, where were you seeing this test fail?
