[Omake] omake_ir_ast.ml

Just a comment/discussion on omake_ir_ast.ml

Since this file changes so much, most anything change to it in  
0.9.8.x results in a conflict in later versions (often multiple of  
them).

It is good to allow the file to be changed, so I'm not sure whether  
anything needs to be done.  For important changes, I believe it is  
probably best to go ahead with them and not worry about the  
conflicts.  For minor changes, it may be better to submit multiple at  
once, so that I have fewer (but longer) conflict resolution sessions  
instead of lots of tiny ones.  OTOH, it isn't all that important,  
whatever works.
