[Omake] SVN Commit: OMake Build System [0.9.8.x] (Rev. 10909)

I should probably svn revert before I commit, but that would only be  
a temporary fix anyway.

I've been marking the new stuff with

    \newinreorg (Introduced in 0.9.8.5)
    \newinkeyword (Introduced in 0.9.9.0)

but I forgot to add one here.  I think it will be fine to mark it,  
which effectively says, "to be introduced in the future".

It makes sense to me that the documentation for 0.9.8.x should be  
updated accurately, even though 0.9.8.4 doesn't implement it yet.
