I do not remember all the issues (there was something that caused me to 
upgrade). Beyond that, docs generated by different versions are 
different, creating a lot of superficial changes in SVN.

P.S. We should resolve the "posting multiple versions of documentation" 
issues _before_ making any significant changes to documentation on the 
0.9.8.x branch (which is the one currently exposed on the 
http://omake.metaprl.org/ )
