[Omake] SVN Commit: OMake Build System [0.9.8.x] (Rev. 10501)

Jason, why are you landing these? Wasn't the plan to release 0.9.8.2 
first? You can say it's a no-op, but it's a huge change, so there is no 
way to be sure without looking at it carefully...
