And all I argue for is that the conversion from OMake values to booleans 
performed _before_ the "real" logical conjunction is applied needs to be 
redefined. And while it is convenient for this mapping to be "and-like", 
but it's not the "real" and!

Let me repeat too - empty OMake values are "false"! Any mapping from 
OMake values to booleans that ignores this fact is wrong!
