[Omake] omake-toc.html vs omake-contents.html - do we need both?

I like omake-toc because it presents a nice short contents page that is 
easy to browse.  OTOH, we could remove the arrow buttons (I don't think 
they are very useful), and add links "Contents (short)" and "Contents 
(long)".
