[Omake] [Ping Jason] Should osh be reading/writing ~/.omake/.omakedb

Jason,

It seems that osh is currently reading ~/.omake/.omakedb on startup and 
writing it when done (but, I am guessing, does not make any attempt to 
lock it). Does osh really have a use for a persistent cache?
