[Omake] SVN Commit: Mojave standard library (Rev. 12714)

As requested by Rabih Elchaar (RABIH.ELCHAAR at sgam.com), opening the monitored directories with the FILE_SHARE_WRITE flag.

I have not tested this much, but it seems not to break anything obvious.
