[Omake] SVN Commit: OMake Build System (Rev. 10842)

Minor documentation change - OCaml 3.10 was released and the "ocamldep
-modules" is available there.

This was already included in r10841 on the "semi-stable" 0.9.8.x branch, and
should not be re-merged there.
