Preparing for the 0.9.8.2-2 release:
 - Bumped the version number to 0.9.8.2-2
 - Filled in the release date for 0.9.8.2 (tomorrow - May 23, 2007)
 - Regenerated the documentation (had to make a small fix in
   omake_builtin_file.ml)
