[Omake] SVN Commit: OMake Build System [0.9.8.x] (Rev. 10782)

"make boot" -> "make bootstrap"

Under Windows, "nmake boot" confuses the phony target "boot" with the "boot"
directory. On Unix this is not a problem, but it is nice to be consistent.
