[Omake] SVN Commit: OMake Build System [0.9.8.x] (Rev. 10937)

Even if OCAMLDEP_MODULES_ENABLED is set, ocamldep needs to be passed
the OCAMLDEPFLAGS, because they might indicate how to preprocess the
file (thanks David Noblet for catching this).
