[Omake] SVN Commit: OMake Build System [0.9.8.x] (Rev. 11188)

Run all the .MEMO tests using omake instead of osh to test any possible
misinteractions with the  .omakedb caching. Run omake twice (omake
--configure; omake) for complete testing.
