[Omake] SVN Commit: OMake Build System (Rev. 11584)

This branch was broken - the translation of the SequenceExp's was wrong,
resulting in being unable to read even the Pervasives.om. Fortunately, the
dll-syntax branch had the correct code that I was able to look up.
