[OMake] OMake is in the process of switching from CVS to Sibversion.

Dear OMake seers,

I just wanted to give you a "heads up" that OMake is in the process of 
switching from CVS to Subversion.

Note:
  - The Subversion setup is work-in-progress and things might break on 
change.
  - The upcoming 0.9.6.5 release will probably happen off CVS, 
afterwards we will finish the migration process.
