[MetaPRL Users] patches for ocaml-3.10?

Larry,

The best approach would be to use OCaml 3.09.3 - and either copy the 
extra 8 files from the build tree manually, or use the 
ocaml-3.08-wish1804.patch, which works equally well with 3.08 and 3.09.

Current MetaPRL SVN should be compatible with OCaml versions 3.08.2 
through 3.09.3. In OCaml 3.10, the camlp4 subsystem have changed in a 
big way and we have not yet finished the 3.10-compatible MetaPRL.
