[MetaPRL Users] patches for ocaml-3.10?

The ocaml patches description here:

indicates the patches are for ocaml-3.08; yet, the latest ocaml is
ocaml-3.10 as shown by:

  http://caml.inria.fr/pub/distrib/

Is there a patch for ocaml-3.10 or should I just use the ocaml-3.08 from
http://caml.inria.fr/pub/distrib/ and apply the:

  ocaml-3.08-wish1804.patch

from:

  http://svn.metaprl.org/viewvc/mojave/metaprl/patches/

?
