[MetaPRL] P.S. "List duplication" should go away.

P.P.P.S. As those of you who are on the metaprl-private mailing list
have seen, the initial setup had a problem where the message sent to
metaprl-announce at metaprl.org would end up on both
metaprl-announce at metaprl.org and metaprl-private at metaprl.org. Note that
this is _not_ by design and you should stay subscribed to _both_ lists
if you are interested in both. I am working on a fix for this problem
and hopefully you will only see this message once.
