[MetaPRL] New mailing list: metaprl-users@metaprl.org

Hi All,

We realized recently that we need a mailing list where people that are 
new to MetaPRL can ask questions and get help getting started with 
MetaPRL. To accommodate such new users, I have created a mailing list 
metaprl-users at metaprl.org. Go to 
https://lists.metaprl.org/mailman/listinfo/metaprl-users to see the list 
information and to subscribe/unsubscribe (note that if you have been a 
member of either metaprl-cvs or metaprl-private that you are probably 
already subscribed).

Also, at request of several people I have renamed metaprl-private into 
metaprl-research (the old alias metaprl-private at metaprl.org will still 
work). The intent is still the same - to have a list where the members 
of the "core" MetaPRL community can discuss research ideas that we are 
not yet ready to discuss publicly.

The aliases metaprl at metaprl.org, onlynews at metaprl.org and 
newsonly at metaprl.org will now go to metaprl-users.
